Return & Refund Policy

All artwork and fine art reproductions are professionally produced to order specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Framing preferences
  • Color variations between screens and printed artwork

However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

  • The artwork
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

If an issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Please note:

  • Paper prints include a 1.5" border for framing and presentation.
  • Minor color variation may occur between digital screens and printed artwork.
  • Custom-sized and commissioned items are final sale.

Mobile Notary Services

Fees for completed notarial services are non-refundable.

Travel fees and appointment fees may become non-refundable once travel has begun or the scheduled appointment time has started.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • missing or invalid identification,
  • incomplete documents,
  • refusal to sign,
  • or situations where notarization cannot legally be completed under Oregon law.

If an appointment must be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes.
