Overview

This website is operated by Coastline Print & Notary. By visiting our site and/or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Availability

All artwork is professionally produced to order on the Oregon Coast. Because each piece is custom produced, slight variations may occur between displayed digital images and the final printed artwork.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify product offerings,
  • adjust pricing,
  • discontinue products,
  • or refuse service at our discretion.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of the artist and/or Coastline Print & Notary.

Artwork may not be:

  • reproduced,
  • copied,
  • resold,
  • distributed,
  • or used commercially

without written permission.

Print Appearance & Color

We make every effort to accurately display artwork colors and details. However:

  • colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials,
  • and minor variation is considered normal.

Paper prints include a 1.5" border for framing and presentation.

Orders & Production

Orders are custom produced after purchase.

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • material availability,
  • production volume,
  • shipping conditions,
  • or unforeseen delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers will receive tracking information once orders have shipped.

We are not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays,
  • weather-related delays,
  • delivery interruptions,
  • or incorrect shipping information entered by customers.

Returns & Damaged Items

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, damaged shipments, and replacements.

Limitation of Liability

Coastline Print & Notary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.

Mobile Notary Services

Coastline Print & Notary also provides mobile notary services in accordance with Oregon state law.

By booking a notary appointment, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Valid government-issued identification is required for all notarizations.
  • Signers must appear willing, aware, and legally competent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse notarization if Oregon notarial requirements are not satisfied.
  • Travel fees and appointment fees may be non-refundable once travel or scheduled appointment time has begun.
  • Completed notarial acts are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, document preparation, or legal interpretation unless separately authorized under applicable law.

Notary Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled prior to travel may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Once travel has begun or a scheduled appointment time has started, travel and service fees may become non-refundable.
